Who Am I?
I have been a loyal Samsung customer for years. I have bought many of their products, including their latest Galaxy M14 5G smartphone. I was excited to experience the superfast 5G network, but I was soon devastated.


The Problem
Ever since I got the phone, I have been facing constant 5G network fluctuations. The phone keeps switching between 5G and 4G, even when the 5G signal is strong in my area. Other devices with 5G are working fine, but not my Galaxy M14 5G.


Feelings
This is not only frustrating, but also heartbreaking. I need a reliable and stable connection to communicate with my clients, colleagues, friends, and family. I can't afford to miss important calls, messages, or emails because of this issue.


Different Approaches:
-Network Settings

I have tried everything to fix this problem. I have updated the software, reset the network settings, changed the SIM card, and even factory reset the phone. Nothing worked. I have contacted Samsung through mails, support agents, and even wrote to the CEO. But I got no response, no acknowledgement, no apology, and no solution.


Well-being Facts
Do you know how many times I have to reset the network settings to reconnect with 5G? More than 25 times a day! Do you know how much time and data I have wasted because of this issue? Do you know how much stress and anxiety I have suffered because of this issue? Do you know how much I have trusted you and your products? Do you know how much I have loved you and your products?


Unexpected Outcomes
Samsung, how can you be so heartless? How can you ignore your loyal customers? How can you not care about our feedback and complaints? How can you not fix the issues that affect your flagship products? How can you not value us?


What Do We want?
We deserve better. We deserve respect. We deserve a working phone. Samsung, please listen to us and fix the 5G network fluctuations on the Galaxy M14 5G. Otherwise, you will lose us as your customers. And we will not be silent. We will share our stories with the world and expose your negligence and incompetence.


A Day of Consideration
Samsung, this is your last chance. Do the right thing and make us happy again. Or face the consequences of your actions. The choice is yours.

P.S. I have recorded my screen showing the 5G network fluctuations on my Galaxy M14 5G. You can watch it at the end of this post and see for yourself how bad the situation is. The same problem were also reported by many Galaxy M14 5G users in India in Samsung Members app earlier. If requested I'm willing to share my phone logs for further investigation in this matter.

I have been reporting this issue for months, and every time you promised that it would be fixed in the next update. But today, when the update came, it fixed nothing of the problem. How can you be so dishonest and irresponsible? How can you betray your loyal customers like this?
Video showing all configurations were set as it should be still the device only connects with 5G after resetting all network settings. The status of 4G/5G can be seen on status bar in the video.

It's not your device or Samsung problem! The locality you're living is unable to receive proper 5G network either move to some other rooms in your house! Or else you'll surely get 5G network outside your home

The better solution is use those services provider who provide better newtork quality in your locality and do please check either you've a active 5G plans or not

The locality should also reflect on other devices such as a Vivo phone in the same room, which has constant 5G connectivity. Thank you very much to try n resolve. I appreciate it. 🙏

Well it vary on the bands your phone and service provider in providing and as Galaxy m14 user it's has all bands that are used in india and as per my experience I've issue when i use 5G on ground floor it's not consistent and keep on switching but when I'm on 2nd or 3rd floor or even outside my house i get constant fast 5G without any issue!

Yes, but if I set my network mode to NR Only, Calls does not support in the following network mode. 🥲

You will lose 5G while calling because VoNR is still not supported. It'll be supported through update. Samsung has started rolling out VoNR connectivity with One UI 6 update.
