IMG-20240727-WA0034.jpgIMG-20240727-WA0033.jpgIMG-20240727-WA0031.jpgIMG-20240727-WA0029.jpgIMG-20240727-WA0027.jpgIMG-20240727-WA0028.jpgIMG-20240727-WA0025.jpgRecently after the update I have got the green line issue on my device, I was not using this device much so it doesn't have any scratches or dents, but unfortunately after the update I am facing the green line issue, for which I went to the service center and they first asked me to pay for the screen replacement and then when I showed them the mobile condition they generated the job sheet and asked me to speak to the customer care and they said I will have to pay 7.7k to get the screen replaced and on top of that they will not assure you that this issue will be fixed this might happen again and we will have to pay to get this fixed in this case. Even the customer service is worst, when I went to the service center there was a huge queue, which shows how much issue their device has and didn't see anyone leaving happily, since their issues were not fixed or if fixed then for a hefty price. This is the kind of service Samsung is providing for their customers now. Hope they don't give kind of crappie service to their customer or else Samsung will lose their customers and their brand value. If this kind of issue happens then they should atleast accept their fault and provide

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace /repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

You'll have to do the following

1. Register a complaint with National Consumer Helpline on Umang App

2. Report it to the Samsung India CEO :-

Lastly Send an email to samsung e-support regarding the issue in detail

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue.
