When i try to play 4k 60fps hdr videos on my Samsung galaxy m51 it automatically changes to 480p.

Go to YouTube settings and in mobile network change higher quality video rather auto at 480p.then you can stream hdr video in same resolution as I have watched on 1080p plus 1440p
