Guys I have contacted Samsung and they said the problem is from Amazon's end. And they notified issue to Amazon.
I also personally contacted Amazon and highlighted the issue and hope it will fix by prime video app update. I appeal to all users to contact Samsung and Amazon for this issue and to solve it ASAP.

samsung already fixed drm issues and prime is working on that.. so just have to wait for prime app update.
