Galaxy MDear Samsung Customer,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.
Navigate to Media volume limiter.
For Samsung phones or tablets, navigate to and open Settings, and then tap Sounds and vibration. Tap Volume, then tap More options (the three vertical dots), and then tap Media volume limit.
For non-Galaxy phones or tablets connected to AirPods, turn off "Disable absolute volume." To disable this, navigate to and tap Settings, and then tap Developer options.
Turn off Media volume limiter.
Tap the switch at the top of the screen to turn off this feature.
Adjust other sound settings.
If you want to adjust other sound settings for a better audio experience, check out the advanced sound options on your phone or tablet.
Thank you for writing to us.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support.
