Samsung M52 mic issue , Kids voice is getting cancelled during vedio calls

Hi Samsung

We bought Samsung M52 3 days back, while kids talk on Vedio calls in loud speaker their voice is getting dropped/cancelled . I do see this issue existing in previous version phones as well and  what is done to fix the issue and why the products are delivered with substandard ?

Yes this is happening with me also...
I thought of replacing this phone but the issue continues..so m compelled to return this model

Yes this happening in my phone also. I have requested for replacement but looks it is phone bug.

We got replacement , but the issue prevailing in new phones as well. so we returned the phone for refund

Same issue is happening with me also... Kids voice is getting dropped/cancelled . I purchased the phone 2 weeks back from amazon.in, but amazon exchange period (1 week ) is completed . In this case how to get exchanged .

I faced a similar issue with my M 52 5G. The microphone slowly starts catching the voice. The voice becomes feeble and feeble. Then one day it stops. The phone works normally with Bluetooth headphones. I thought that it was a hardware problem. But at the service center, they hard reset the phone and the microphone worked properly from then. Again in 15 days, the problem is repeated. Again a hard reset and the phone is working prperly.

This is my first Samsung phone and probably my last.

I bought Samsung M52 5G mobile 10 days back through Amazon India and My Kids voice is cancelled in Whatsapp Video calls. I contact Amazon and they sent new phone today and i am facing same problem again in the new phone as well. Please suggest the solution to fix.
