Samsung M51 flickering issue this is Software problem not hardware

This is clearly show this is software problem but samsung customer care tell me this is not software issues. Company not take responsibility about this issues and Company not take this issue seriously. I am very disappointed😞 . I write complaint on twitter but no one contact us . Finally I search on Google about this problem then I realized this is so many people have this same problem do after JULY SOFTWARE UPDATE like me....... BUT SAMSUNG NOT PROVIDE RESOLVE UPDATE YET...... this is clearly show how much carelessness for to people 😤😠😡 I waste my money in this phone..

What a rubbish I like to say samsung please see the customer problem only you are write I am sorry , sorry for inconvenience this is very old excuse. Don't make any excuse and see customer problem otherwise I and other samsung customer don't buy any product In future...... this is not joke .😡😡😡😡 take seriously

Samsung customer care saying you are only one person addressing this display issue.....but when i check on samsung community.....then the truth come ahed.....
Was he on other planet that he couldn't see too many complaints...
