I have been facing display flicker issue after june update. This issue does not exist in safe mode, and it can be inferred that this isn't a hardware fault. I have visited the service center for the inspection of m51 device as well, and I got a fresh software installation, still no luck. Samsung isn't taking responsibility for this issue and seems like intentionally sabotaging m51 users. 
 Anyone reading this I would suggest don't buy Samsung devices and tell your friends the same. Don't believe me? Go check Twitter and Community posts regarding the same issue, and you'll see how many users are cheated. The other brands respond very quickly to such issues.

We need to form a community a m51 user myself no help from samsung they tell the same methods for everything go to safe mode reset your mob for every issue same but now it doesn't fix anything my display is flickering if you go to service center they will charge you 8000 for a new display i dont think my next phone will be samsung they dont seem to care about this we are being cheated we need to do something i reported this error nearly 5 times they tell you the same steps but can't fix this my phone doesn't even have external damage if this happened because of external damage this means all the m51 users are dropping there phone's at once after this july month update at the same time?
