When phone (Samsung - M33 - 5G) is locked and gets into standby, it appears the wifi connection stops. Not receiving any whatsapp message or call until the phone is in standby.
Once I unlock the phone, the connection starts working and start receiving all the messages and seeing all whatsapp missed call
If I connect to mobile data, there is no problem. The message is received as soon as it comes, even if the phone is standby.

Touch VIEW MORE at the bottom if you cannot find the setting. Choose the desired option. Choose the desired option. Always will keep the Wi-Fi connection on at all times. Or Settings - connections - WIFI - Three dots - advanced - always turn on wifi.
In recently purchased samsung M33 5g , am not able to see the option for "Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep". Please help to resolve the issue.
As a customer, if we purchase any mobile this should be mandatory feature needs to be available. Expecting customer to touch the mobile always for 24 hrs to make it not going in to sleep mode ? to get calls and messages in whatsapp or other app ?
if its a bug and not available in all models, why its not called out clearly in the description ? why are samsung selling this models to customer ?
