M31s model my phone restarts automatically  while using. Got this problem from yesterday. I m using this phone since 2 years.  Dear samsung, Kindly rectify  the issue .

Hi there, I would like to suggest that if you recently installed an application from google chrome then you have to uninstall that application as the above incident is happened with me when i downloaded an application from google chrome or any other web browser.

For out of warranty case, they will only provide some discount on repair cost (replacement of motherboard) but for discounted repair there will be no warranty. Every service center is saying the same motherboard issue for all M-series handsets with Exynos 9610 and Exynos 9611, but Samsung official is sitting relax and busy counting the money earned from repair costs from lakhs of targeted users.

* Deep sleeping apps 》select all apps
* Sleeping apps 》select all apps

3. Settings 》Apps 》
Android system Web view 》Tap on 3 dots 》uninstall update
Android system intelligence 》Tap on 3 dots 》uninstall update
Chrome 》Tap on 3 dots 》uninstall update

4. Playstore 》Storge 》Clear data

There are two methods to disable the auto-restart function
Method 1: From the home screen swipe up or down to access the App Screen > Setting > General Management > Reset > Auto Restart > To Turn OFF auto-restart slide the slider toward the left.
Method 2: Go to 'Settings'>>Tap on 'Battery and device care'>> Tap on Three dots>>Tap on 'Automation'>>Disable 'Auto-restart at set times' if enabled

If you are facing this issue after installing any new application then uninstall that application.
Navigate to the Apps screen and tap on Settings>>Tap on Apps>>Tap on the desired app>>Tap on Uninstall>>Tap on OK

Reset settings: From the home screen, click on Settings>>General Management>> click on reset and then reset setting.

If the issue still persists we would request you to kindly visit your nearby service center, for the physical inspection of your device. Please be assured, our team will surely help you with this.
