Like me, if you have same problem then the below steps will solve.
1. Download Galaxy M31 official stock ROM (Full speed download) : https://samfw.com/firmware/SM-M315F/INS/M315FXXU1ATB7 2.Install Samsung USB Drivers (you can install Samsung Smart Switch PC software) and ODIN for Android 10 on your PC - v3.14.1 (Android 10 version) : https://www.dropbox.com/s/f6b08rsxk1tdxck/Odin3-v3.14.1.zip?dl=1 3. Extract (unzip) the Samsung firmware file 4. Open Odin execute file 5. Connect your Samsung phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin 6. Add the follwing files in odin.
HOME_CSC_OMC_ODM_M315FODM1ATB8_CL17908533_QB29301746_REV00_user_low_ship.tar.md5 7. Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked 8. Click the START button, sit back and wait few minutes
The phone reboots and ready to use also no data is deleted.

Yes bro, No issues with that. But not everyone is technically comfortable and needs a support. I am not charging them ahead, but after they get the issue resolved. Nor I am charging a ton of money, Investing your time and helping others should not be a problem for anybody.
I won't share my phone number publicly in a communinty. And read the posts where the solutions are given, they are given step wise and with clear instructions. That won't be a problem.
Anyone who has issue with their phone, send an email out servicehead.in@samsung.com and provide them your phone's IMEI numbers, tell them that you are capable doing the repair using simple software from home. Samsung will send you an email with process and Google drive link to download the software and step by step process to recover your device without data loss at all.
Dont fall victim and pay unnecessary Rs. 200/- to the scammers here!

Maybe the software update failed due to unmatching the BIT/Binary SW version. there is a simple guide that Samsung developer allows updating BIT/Binary versions but you cant downgrade BIT/Binary versions. simply check for Device BIT/Binary versions and then download any android version firmware free from: https://easyfirmwarex.com/
