Samsung M21 issues list 
1- Fingerprint is not working properly after july update recieved 2- Always on display light get dim sometime 3- Pubg Mobile not runs smoothly and lags while recording in game Launcher. 4- Battery draining very fast.

1. Try to earase all the fingerprints and re-register them.
2. It's because of proximity sensor.
3. Try to optimize the phone thrice a day.
4. Use adaptive battery life.

register again with all sides of your fingers and add same finger 2-3 times simultaneously for better result

regarding battery do these settings to save more battery life and observe for next 2-3 days

1. Connection>more connections settings> disable nearby device settings

2. Location>improve accuracy >disable
A. Wifi scanning
B. Bluetooth scanning .

3. Google >click on 3dot>usage and diagnostics >off this option

4. Long press on each app specially 3rd party(LIKE FACEBOOK, INSTA,YOUTUBE) and rarely used and ON "GOOGLE APP" as well then click on>app info> then go to these 3 options below on by one

A. Mobile data> allow background data usage>off

B. Battery >allow background activity >off

C. Notification >disable unnecessary notifications like promotional and unnecessary reminder notifications.

5. Device care>battery >select "optimised and adaptive power saving.

Bro add some more problems
5. Frame drops or lagging while switching apps. error in App opening animations just keep irritating while switching apps.
6. Audio quality is poor. Huge distortions are noticeable at full volume of speaker. also no bass in music makes it unpleasant through both speaker and earphones. At least Auto equilizer mode should be given.
7. frame drops in slow motion videos
8. Double tap to wake up and lift to wake up gestures fails many times
9. Full screen gestures error in landscape mode.
10. Autofocus errors in camera while shooting videos.

To resolve "fingerprint" issue kindly follow the given below steps:

>>We always recommend to use screen guards form Samsung only. If you are using any 3rd party screen guard/protective film/tempered glass on the phone, kindly try to re-register your fingerprint after removing it by following these steps.
Disable fingerprint settings and then remove the screen guard.
>>>Register a new fingerprint:-Settings> Bio metric and security>Fingerprints>Continue>Set secure screen lock>Start with center..

To resolve display issue kindly follow the given below step:

>> Reset the device and before resetting the device make sure to create data backup of your device via Smart Switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Settings > General Management > Reset.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report) along with the Video or Screen-shots. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.
