I'm having samasung galaxy 24 ulra and my call logs (history) is automatically getting deleted when I receive/make a call please give me a fix for this urgently I mean call history is very important for me in my work I can't loose it
Visit your nearest Samsung service center. They'll help you. Here's no one that can help you out brother. Before visiting make sure to backup your data into a pen drive or cloud using smart switch. You yourself can only do one thing. Backup your data and reset your device. Maybe then your problem may resolve. Mind it that your phone can store 1500 to 2000 call histories. Don't forget to take Backup.
