Most lagging camara i never see and while i use camara it take processing time and i just click shutter button for photo it become lag but sometime it start video recording and camra take too much time to click 1 photo. And also face a heat in back side camra.

As per your concern, we want to inform you that September security patches has been released for the Galaxy S23 ultra series. However, you can check the software update on your device manually by the below steps.

● Kindly follow the below steps to update your device software( if available).
Path: Settings > About phone > software update.

● If still not recieving, kindly visit the service center once and inspect your device by the technical team end. They will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically. Furthermore, kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issues.

● Galaxy device heating issue: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/why-the-device-heats-up-during-use/

● Galaxy device camera issue: Reset the camera settings: Home screen tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.
Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data
Check app cache: Settings > Apps > Camera> Storage > Clear Cache.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

● Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.
