I have bought samsung M 52 two years back, in the past 2 months I have been facing green and pink line issue on display centre part after a recent update.But company is not accepting the fact they tell that this is not issue as per their guidelines of smartphones. Also my back body has 2 scratches so they are using it as second reason to cancel repair they do not want to repair product anyhow for free. I bought this phone considering the Durability of samsung brand but now lost all .I also raised job sheet from service centre but on call customer care cancelled saying they don't have any guidelines for this model and secondly they make excuse of back body damage scratches and dents.
All I want to say It's samsung faults not it's user so Samsung should at least come forward for repair..else I no one buy from samsung any longer
