Galaxy M🔥 Overheating
Possible Causes:
Background apps consuming power Software bugs or poorly optimized firmware Weak network signals making the phone work harder
Fixes:
✅ Check for software updates: Go to Settings → Software update → Download and install.
✅ Reduce background activity: Disable unused apps from Settings → Battery and device care → Background usage limits.
✅ Lower brightness & disable 5G (temporarily) if not needed.
✅ Avoid fast charging frequently – it heats up the phone.
🔋 Battery Draining Fast
Possible Causes:
High refresh rate (120Hz) drains more battery. Apps running in the background (esp. Samsung apps). High temperature affects battery life.
Fixes:
✅ Switch to 60Hz refresh rate: Settings → Display → Motion smoothness → Standard.
✅ Use Battery Saver Mode: Settings → Battery and device care → Battery → Power saving mode.
✅ Uninstall/disable unnecessary apps: Samsung bloatware can be disabled.
✅ Check battery health: Use Samsung Members app to see if your battery is degrading.
🐢 Slow App Installation
Possible Causes:
Slow storage performance or buggy software Google Play Store cache issues
Fixes:
✅ Clear Play Store cache: Settings → Apps → Google Play Store → Storage → Clear Cache & Data.
✅ Use a faster internet connection (try switching between WiFi & mobile data).
✅ Enable Install Apps Faster:
Go to Settings → Developer Options → Enable Force allow apps on external storage & Disable APK verification.
✅ Check Storage Space: If storage is nearly full, it can slow down installations. 📡 5G Connectivity Issues
Possible Causes:
Weak 5G network coverage in your area Carrier settings issues Phone struggling to switch between 4G & 5G
Fixes:
✅ Reset Network Settings:
Settings → General management → Reset → Reset network settings.
✅ Manually switch to 5G-Only mode: Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks → Network Mode → Select 5G/LTE/3G/2G (Auto).
✅ Check if your SIM supports 5G properly: Some older SIM cards may not work well. Try getting a replacement SIM from your carrier. If Issues Persist: Try Safe Mode: If overheating or battery drain stops in Safe Mode, a third-party app is causing it. Factory Reset: If none of the fixes work, backup your data and do a factory reset: Settings → General management → Reset → Factory data reset. Visit a Samsung Service Center if the phone is still under warranty.
