I was used "HONOR 8 LITE" it was awesome it supports any OTG devices, 1 & half month ago it's dead, then I purchased after some weeks "Samsung M31" via online with some expectations, now this make in India "Samsung" is not reading external HDD via OTG.. comments are O.K , but this Samsung brand is cheated their customer. I feel so bad...

Mobiles don't read devices formated in NTSE format. For making the device to read by mobile format your hdd to FAT32 format.

If its already in FAT32 then change your otg.

every cheap OTG cable is different. If you buy A branded USB OTG, it will work. As they say, cheap otgs work with cheap phones. Its not like you got fooled by samsung
