Samsung Galaxy M31 Hard Reset

I am trying to do a hard reset on an M31 but it will not come up with the menu. Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong. I have tried all the methods I can find on-line. TIA.

Connect to a PC or laptop before going into recovery if you are on Android 11.

Steps to perform.

1) Turn off the device.

(Connect with type C cable and connect withpc/laptop or type c earphone only for Android 11 )

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe data/factory reset

I have a Samsung M31 and after installing the last system update my touch screen stop working. i have try to do a factory reset but still touch screen is not working. Any recomendations?

It changed with Android 11, now you need to plug the USB-C / micro-USB cable along with the combination buttons (Press & Hold the Power and Volume Up button)

you can enter recover mode by doing this
connect ur device to pc by usbc cable
and make sure ur device is visible in computer as logged in
turn off ur device with the cable connected to pc
and now hold power up and switch on button together until the recovery menu pops up

i am also facing same issue. my m31s gets stuck with samsung logo & nothing happens even if i try pressing all three button(volume up + volume down + power) at once, or volume down + power button. no response & logo stays as it is. pls help with any suggestions
