Samsung Galaxy M30s users report freezing and auto-restarting

 it now seems users with Samsung phones that are powered by the Exynos 9611 are reporting freezing, auto-restarting, and motherboard failure problems.

Primarily, most reports of auto-restarting, freezing, and motherboard failure come from Samsung Galaxy M30s users.

As you can tell from the screenshot above, a user visiting the Samsung service center was allegedly told that the issue is present on all M series phones.

The auto-restarting and freezing issues are apparently determined to be due to faulty motherboards which need to be replaced.

Similar reports have also surfaced from SamsungGalaxyA50s, GalaxyA51, GalaxyM21 , GalaxyM31s , and Galaxy M31 users.


The South Korean firm is yet to acknowledge the issue publicly in any shape or form. And it appears that it will stay that way.

We’ll update this story if and when there are any further developments regarding the auto-restarting, freezing, and motherboard failure issues on the Samsung Galaxy M30s and other affected smartphones.

I have samsung m30s and I am the facing the same issue - restarting 100's times in a day. Samsung a big tech giant is failing us. I am not gonna buy any other samsung device for my whole lifetime.

Got in touch with head office of a particular unit Samsung India as I raised complaint.... They said the warranty period has crossed and phone comes under "overseas product" as there was suffix "KD" instead of "IN" at the end of the serial number... Though I bought it from Amazon...


And yeah as it comes under "overseas product" category Samsung India can't help in the issue...
And said the customer should pay for any repair charges...🙂
I guess it's time for a new phone. New brand...
