SOFTWARE UPDATE❗️⚠️IMPORTANT QUESTION ⚠️❗️M31,M31S,M33,M54,F54,M34,F34, ETC

Recently, before a month, my M31 suddenly got off and got stuck on the samsung logo page after switching it on. Took to service centre, that guy said MOTHERBOARD NOT WORKING, I asked why, he didn't knew anything, when I searched about m31 motherboard issue it was known that after a software update the motherboard stopped working for many of the users.😶‍🌫️ seems that the exynos 9611 couldn't handle much.. WHOSE FAULT IS IT? CUSTOMERS FAULT OR SAMSUNG'S FAULT??. cost of motherboard is Rs.8000..Instead of changing that I could buy a new phone itself. At least they should have addressed this issue and given a solution, but they didn't. Until they sell all their BUDGET PHONES, they advertise fancy ads and marketing strategies to target them. Make them buy.. then what??? You just leave them hanging with motherboard issues. You shouldn't even promise an update if you know that the phones hardware couldn't handle it. VERY BAD 👎 😕

 SAMSUNG PROMISED 4 YEARS OS UPDATE TO ALL THEIR DEVICES FROM THEIR FLAGSHIP TO MIDRANGE TO BUDGET. FLAGSHIP AND MIDRANGE HAS GOOD CHIPS/ PROCESSOR TO HANDLE THE UPDATE. 

HERE'S THE QUESTION

THE BUDGET PHONES? WILL THEY LAST TILL 4 YEARS OS UPDATE???? WILL THE EXYNOS PROCESSOR AND HARDWARE CAN HANDLE THE SOFTWARE UPDATE UPTO 4 YEARS FROM NOW????? WHAT IS THE ASSURE THAT THESE DEVICES WILL WONT HAVE A MOTHERBOARD ISSUE AFTER 2 OR 3 YEARS OF UPDATE.

Earlier versions of m31 had motherboard issues. I bought mine in 2021 and till now have no issues. Maybe like they rectified the issue afterwards.

I had same issue with my m31s ,so i contacted samsung via mail and they replaced my phone's motherboard for free

Mail ur problem to samsung on this , then u will get a call from them on next day asking about ur issues, ofc they will say that u have to pay for it , but tell them that many users facing this problem after update and u can't afford changing motherboard , and it's there fault...... then they will send u to nearby service center submit ur phone there and mail the jobsheet to samsung they will tell u there email on the call , and then u willl get it repaired for free 😃

1. sound and vibration then system sound then off all sound and go back and system vibration then off all vibration


2. notification then app notifications and off all unnecessary app notifications

3. display than on dark mode

4. display than off adaptive brightnes

5. advanced features than labs off all experimental feature

6. advanced features than motion and gesture off all








speed up your samsung phone

1.first go to setting then

4.tap 7 time on build no then 

5.developer option open then

6.go back in setting app and 

7.last one is developer option then

 8.find three type of animation

9.first window animation scale- set off

10.second transition animation scale- set off

11.third animation duration scale- set .5

Once try force restarting by pressing and holding power and volume down button and backup your important data to a computer or pendrive as fast as possible!!!

Also...
Try factory reset.

Even if the problem persists, perform the following process I have mentioned in my post(link below):
