SD Card corrupted, photos are half available

I had some photos clicked and stored in SD Card. In some days, lots of photos have been corrupted and are not available. Some are available in halves like that, when seen in gallery.

If you carefully see the picture only some of part of photo from right is visible, 

Circled one image on 2nd photo is the image corrupted. And you can see, lots of photos has gone !

Can anyone tell me, what to do to avoid these kind of loss?

Sd card problem change sd card if you don't lose any data

You can recover those missing images, just put the memory card in a laptop, and first scan it through file explorer if that doesn't fix it, use a recovery software otherwise you can go to a local computer shop for recovery...
