I had an unusual experience regarding battery . I was having problems regarding charging from a couple of months but this was something new so wanted kmto know if anybody has also experienced this . 

I put my phone on charging it was 28% and was heating also so I thought i would switch it off for some time .. at around when my battery reached 33% and temp also normal i turned it on . At my screen my battery was showing 47% and my phone again heated up i again switched it off .. and now it  was showing 42% . 

IT CHARGED TILL 44 % WHEN I SWiTCHED IT ON AGAIN IT WAS SHOWING 47 % 

. 

AND THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED I DON'T HAVE SCREENSHOTS COZ COULDN'T TAKE COZ PHONE WAS OFF. THOUGH I HAVE AN APP WHIC I RECENTLY INSTALLED SO CAN TRACK MY CHARGIBG SPEED AND STUFF IN THAT ALSO YOU CAN SORT OFF SEE THE GLITCH OF % AND THE SPEED ALSO OF CHARGING.

BUT THIS IS CRAZY MY PHONE IS ABOUT 7 MONTHS OLD AND WHAT IS THIS HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO EVEN EXPLAIN THIS COZ WHEN I TAKE THE HANDSET AT SERVICE STATION THIS IS LIKE THE PERFECT PHONE AND THE PERSON OVER THERE IS LIKE  MADAM SAB SAHI CHARGE KR RHA H ... 😑😑

This is my 1st samsung phone i dont want it to be my last everything else is nice only irritated by battery !

hi , not really actually couldn't go to service center so I filed an error report and send them video from another phone .. their last msg said my case is being highlighted to technician and that they are looking into it 🤔 my 1st priority was to visit SC but its not possible for sometime so will talk to them via thread if it comes with any solution🙄

just flash your last software from service center 🙂 it's nothing but software glitch over software

i didn't get you 🤔 flash means ? if you are suggesting i should get a software upgrade from service station that i already did they upgraded my software in june only .. and if this is re occuring that means i have to go to service center everytime i get a software upgrade for my software ??

see mamm,, first of all samsung provides non A/B partition type ota software not like other company hence if someone simply update it via mobile data or wifi then there will be the maximum chances to produce software loop holes over software. and devices can suffer various problems if by chance that software not installed fully or correctly.....it's one and only proper process to install software via smart switch and pc 🖥 or flash that firmware by odin or from authorised samsung service center as they use odin only for their official purpose ...that's why Google mandate A/B partition type ota software from version 11....for now flash it from service center...and next time use smart switch and pc at your home to install software which is very easy process ...... and finally if software glitch or loop hole form then none of the tricks will work

ypu say very easy proces but I don't think its my cup of tea 😁 ... though i'll try to use smart switch in the next upgrade .Its an application which is to be downloaded in the pc ??

smart switch app is pre installed in most of samsung devices.. ..if not then install it via galaxy store..... install smart switch in pc also ....pc version.....turn on wifi on both ..... connect device with pc / laptop by data cable.... turn on both smart switch.... pc smart switch detect if any software update is available ....click to install that from pc ... do not disconnect data cable during process

hi they resolved the problem via software update but I couldn't connect my phone to my laptop I wanted to download this one from smart switch so downloaded it in my phone and my laptop as well but turns out my phone was not detected in the laptop so finally did the upgrade from phone only 🙄 port are fine i guess i inserted a pd it was detected 🤔
