Maybe your device's Auto restart is Enabled in "Automation" settings. Search -'Auto restart' in Setting and Disable it.👍or at stage of overheating & full of Ram causes restarts.

No, auto restart is disabled and I don't think ram and overheating is the problem bcz its gets restarted even if its lying in one corner.

Fault is in kernel... Kernel is not cooked well and it is not optimised well for the latest update which caused such error... Samsung is **bleep** never buy Samsung again

Dear friend! It had happened with my Samsung Galaxy M30 device also. It would restart even if lying in one corner. These problems were resolved once I followed 5 step formula to overcome problems of AUTO-RESTRATING, FREEZING & HANGING faced by my device. I suggest you carefully read my all posts/comments to your this thought-provoking great post. Try out all suggestions/solutions given in my posts. Hi! I'm reposting 5 possible trouble shooting steps for Galaxy M30 & other series devices below:
1. Report the  FREEZING/HANGING, AUTOMATIC RESTARTING errors to Samsung.
2. click on "Settings" app on your Android device/phone.
3. Then, click on "DEVELOPERS options " & enable/"ON" it.
4. Then, you will see many options under "Developers options ". Click on "Build" option 7 times. After that you will see many more options.
5. Now, Enable "OEM unlocking" (Allow the bootloader to be unlocked) option given there. Also, click on "Logger buffer sizes" & select "1M" per log buffer size.
Try these 5 steps. May be your problem shall be resolved 😊 happily as was mine!!!

oem unlocking is used when need to install software through pc (flash custom roms)
and last step is just for logging so it only used for logs and nothing o do wih restart.

So shut your mouth and don't spam in each person comments 🤣😂 just write a single post in comunity.

Look! I'm not spamming. Users are repeatedly posting for seeking help to resolve this issue. So, I've also to repeatedly repost 5 step formula to help these troubled users. So, it can't be termed as spamming. Neither I'm tech geek. I did r & d on net. My device was autorestarting, freezing, hanging. I wasn't able to even type one sentence on Google search engine. So, I used other device to Google possible answers. There I typed "Samsung Galaxy M30 Android freez hangs" & got several links on it. I read these links. I followed steps suggested by Samsung tech team like cleaning cache, memory, storage, etc. Yet no use. Then, I tried by disabling Google Play Store, & other Google apps. I disallowed permissions to non-galaxy apps. I followed safe entry & exit mode. Even then problem wasn't resolved. Then, I finally followed 5 step formula that I'm repeatedly reposting to help other users. This 5 step formula resolved my problem completely. If you don't like my posts, don't read them. Take care of your own self. Don't poke your nose in efforts made by us who are trying to help others resolve their problems. Anyway, I appreciate 😌 your oem knowledge!

I think,It is because of last buggy software update, change motherboard for 6k-8k and never choose Samsung again. Even Brand ambassadors including @CrazyBoy28 raised this on senior level, but Samsung ignored them, what can we do apart from never choosing samsung again and giving them lesson in form of dropping down sales.
