Restarting Issue Device Log

Who are all Facing Freezing and Restarting issue. Please find below the steps to share logs correctly 


1. Dial the string *#9900# 
 
2. Debug level-->mid--(Phone reboots if changed level) 
 
3. Again Dial *#9900# --> Disable Upload Mode 
 
4. Reproduce the issue. 
 
5. Dial *#9900# -> Run dumpstate/logcat/modem log -> Copy to sdcard (include CP Ramdump)
 
6. Extract the folder named log from My File and share for analysis of the issue. 
 
Note : Compress the log file as .zip and share at membersindia@samsung.com

After Extracting the Log File, Change the Debug Level to Low

I am sending all the error reports every time when my automatically restarts.but nothing happend. If we call and give access to check my phone they do what we do a user normally do nothing advanced.

Thala Neenga unga Mobile ah First force restart panunga - device on la erukum pothae volume down button + power button long press panuga,

then device ah safe mode la podunga Safe mode na mobile ah usual ah power off panra matheri poweroff opition screen la appear aanathum antha button ah long press pana safe mode nu kaanum

then wipe cache partition clear panunga

aprm back eduthutu factroy rest pani paarunga

idha ellathayum pani device restart aachuna update ku wait panunga ilana motherboard than issue nu soluvainga

Can you update here after they fixed issue?, I am facing this when I install June update and I don't want to go to service center because they will have only one answer that it is hardware issue and charge money for that.
