Hello samsung 
Where are u , your costumer facing the auto restart or freezing issue but you did not do anything, why you are ignoring them ...
We are in trouble. It's not acceptable from the samsung. 
Please same solve this problem its my new smartphone just 1 year cross .I can't afford the motherboard replacement

See my recent post... Hope it will help and also if the device switch on put it 10-20 min without touching... When the temperature is low then use the device...
