Hello everyone.
I am a M31 user and like many others facing auto restart issue.
Samsung has just one solution for this problem and that is to replace motherboard.

But i want everyone of you to try disabling android system webview. (Don't know if this is a proper solution. Works for me so everyone try and comment if this works for you too)

Although this will result in many of your apps not working but atleast phone will not restart like hell.
Please everyone who will try this solution share your experience in the comments as this will help everyone figure the reason of this issue. If we will figure out the reason and tell samsung then maybe samsung will fix it.
To know why i think so this is a solution read the story below.

After the latest September update on m31 i tried factory reset in a hope that this update may fix the restart issue.
This time i only installed 2-3 apps and didn't install any if the app update. To try and find the cause of this issue.
Then one day i installed Amazon and as soon as i opened it the phone froze and restarted. Then i began to note the apps during which this restart issue was happening with me.
These apps mainly included the ones that use android system webview like Gmail, google app, etc.
Now after disabling the android system webview my phone haven't restarted automatically since 4-5 days.

Whether the device is rebooting in standby mode or while using your device , please elaborate your problem us it will  help us .

Dear human,
Just writing like this don't make you a expert.
This post is meant for exynos 9611 users who all are facing restart issue.
If you don't know about it, just ignore this post.

Its in apps in the settings.
But you need to turn of view system apps

Maybe some problems with os
Might wait till next update comes and fixes it
If not want to get fixes by service center who will only suggest for repairs.

The phone doesnt stay powered on for 2 minutes also and you want users to register complaint with lig which might take more than 5 minutes. And disgusting part your service center asking to pay for replacement of motherboard for a phone purchased 18 months back

This is serious **bleep** made by Samsung to its all loyal mid range customers. Firstly they look don't agree that they made a mistake with Exynos 9611 and if your phone is out of warranty they have excuse that it is out of warranty and even if somehow they ask you to visit Samsung service center with out of warranty phone, they says we found water logging in your phone. ULTIMATELY NO help for customer and no acceptance on the **bleep** of Exynos 9611 and harassing its own customers in different way.
