I have been using a Galaxy M31 for 4 years without any issues until last week. I was even recommending others to buy Samsung because of this phone. The battery and everything else still work perfectly fine. However, starting last week, my phone has been continuously restarting. It doesn't happen too often, but it restarts suddenly while I am using it. I performed a hard reset today to see if any apps were causing the issue, but even after the reset, my device has restarted 3 to 4 times. I need a solution for this problem. Please provide a solution for why this continuous restarting is happening.

I have the m31 and i am not facing this issue. Earlier batches of m31 had a motherboard issue where the phone will start boot looping after 2-3 years. You are having the same issue.

Also backup any important data, you'll never know when your phone may die completely

Do we have any update from the users of M31 if replacing the motherboard, actually resolved their issue completely. If yes, then for how long have they been using the phone now without auto restart issues??
