My both phones M30sand M21 suddenly restart and hang on logo,
I used phone 2 years only [there are exynos processors problem- (double Decker chip-sets in m30s) ]
After 2 to 3 years phone's "Exynos Processor"😡 fail and restart problem occurs.
As people's warranty is over by then, finally the customer has to bear the loss😭, because of this bad experience in people's minds, they don't buy Samsung phones in life
SAMSUNG is reducing its brand value for entry-level and mid-range, people who once praised Samsung are now refusing to buy Samsung phones.
This has not happened to a few people. This problem has happened to millions of people
So far only Exynos Processor 9611 processor problem has come up.
If people do not gather and raise their voices, this problem will spread everywhere
Samsung should try not to fall from the trusted brand of Indians considering the future.

There is no concrete solution from Samsung India regarding this ongoing auto restart issue with several users. They have standard responses over mail "your phone is out of warranty and we can't do anything".
