Resolve Green Line issue

Hello ! Iam a User of Samsung Galaxy M52 5G mobile. Few days back, while using my mobile, a green line has been appeared on my phone screen. So, when I've checked about the issue, I've seen that the samsung company officially announced free screen replacement for green line on phone for few S series users. So I went to the store for replacement. But, they are saying that the screen has to be replaced, and it costs around 7000.

I've asked for the free replacement, but they mentioned that it isn't applicable for M52 model phones.

I hereby, raise a complaint to the official Samsung community, claiming that, they should provide free replacement for even M52 users also. As I got this issue without any self damage, it's the responsibility if the respective community to consider this.

If free replacement is applicable for other models, then it should be provided for M52 model also.

Hence, I sincerely request the concerned authority to check through my concern and take the necessary action.

Well that is because it's not a software issue, and more of an hardware issue, you would need to get your screen replaced.

You should not have updated at first..since its issues for the past year...haven"t you checked about on this community? Im also a victm ..but warranty helped me
