Dear Samsung Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding an issue with my Samsung M52 5G (8GB RAM, 128GB Storage). After updating the software on my device, I began experiencing a persistent pink line on the display.

I visited the Samsung Care Center, where I was informed that this issue was caused by the recent software update. When I requested them to uninstall the update or find a way to remove the pink line, I was told that the only solution available was to pay ₹9000 for a display replacement.

I find it concerning that this issue arose due to an official software update provided by Samsung, yet I am being asked to bear the cost for the repair. I was further informed that Samsung currently has no plans to offer a free display replacement for this issue, despite the fact that it was caused by a software update provided by your company.

As a loyal Samsung customer, I believe this issue should be addressed by Samsung at no additional cost, given that the problem is a direct result of your software update. I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and request that you reconsider this stance and provide a solution without any charge.

Please let me know how you can assist in resolving this situation promptly. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.

Hi Chinna, I too faced this issue in my M51 few years back but the service centre didn't even agreed it's their fault they told physical damage cause this issue like that. First it will be pink and green shades flicker in phone then the told display will be black , so please try to make decision soon samsung won't help you regarding this.


They always never cared about M series because it's only around india. They mostly care about A and S series because they having competition against Apple in other Market.
