I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent sofware update for my Samsung M52 5G smartphone. After installing the update (Firmware Version: M526BXXS5CXE2 / M526BODM5CXE2/
M526BXXS5CXE2
Security patch level: 1 May 2024 ) on 18/06/2024, I noticed the appearance of persistent green lines on the device's display, rendering it unusable.

Considering the timing of the issue and the fact that it occurred immediately after the software update, it is evident that the problem is not a result of any mishandling or damage on my part. This strongly suggests that the update has caused a hardware malfunction in my device.

I would like to emphasize that my Samsung M52 5G is not currently under warranty. However, given the clear correlation between the update installation and the onset of display issues, I kindly request a free replacement of my

smartphone. I believe that the responsibility lies with the company, as the issue occurred directly as a consequence of the software update.

A green line appeared on my screen after updating my Samsung Galaxy M52 5G. Samsung should replace the display at no cost. There is no physical damage; it is a software issue. Samsung should take responsibility and change the display for free.

Request for screen replacent for Samsung M52 5G

I am using this phone and after recent update I found a pink vertices line on my mobile. Though this is not in warranty but still this problem arrived only after the recent update I request a free replacement

My M52 also faced the same issue. This is due to their software update. We need free screen replacement
