Galaxy MGo to settings > Display > Navigation bar > Swipe Gesture > more options > Disable Gesture hint.

As per your query, we would request you kindly follow the below given steps to resolve your issue.
Path: Setting> Display> Navigation bar> You can see two options navigation gesture. Here you can choose needed option by butttons or full screen.
If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).
