Galaxy MThe most recent update on the Samung M31(and similar devices like M31s, and M21) causes the device to crash. Usually when using it. Rebooting into safe mode made it stuck into bootloop, which you can escape by a manual reboot (the device crashes while rebooting to cause a series of bootloops, not the standard bootloops). The device reboots about 10-15 secs after the screen freezes or sometimes instantly.
I have seen a lot of people on Twitter complaining about the same. And apparently Samsung has stopped rolling out the bugged update.
No, I do not have any physical damage to the device.
