The most recent update on the Samung M31(and similar devices like M31s, and M21) causes the device to crash. Usually when using it. Rebooting into safe mode made it stuck into bootloop, which you can escape by a manual reboot (the device crashes while rebooting to cause a series of bootloops, not the standard bootloops). The device reboots about 10-15 secs after the screen freezes or sometimes instantly.

I have seen a lot of people on Twitter complaining about the same. And apparently Samsung has stopped rolling out the bugged update.

No, I do not have any physical damage to the device.

Looking at your version I think Samsung send you a BUG 🤣! Jokes apart. Visit Samsung Authorised Service center in your city they will fix it. Don't try bootloader unlock or rooting or odin.

Yeah, about that, my warranty expired in June so I do not want to pay 8-10k on a new motherboard (people on Twitter are talking about some kind of PCB failure, and motherboard replacement).

Why Samsung, why? :((((

Bro, There is a correction. It's M315F not SF. To solve this try factory reset. Don't forget to backup your data using smartswitch pc. If it not solved still, you have to visit samsung service center nearby. I hope it may be solved in next update.

But his device is doing bootloop so unless bootloded with odin (not recommended) one cannot do anything.
