For the past 1½ years, devices like A50s, A51, M30s, M31, M31s etc have started to have bootloop issues. When approached the service centre, they mention it as a motherboard issue and are demanding ₹8000 for replacing it. I personally have faced this issue on my Galaxy M30s. The problem when there is a issue on the motherboard, it is really difficult to retrieve the data from it.
When a problem arises caused due to the manufacturer, the consumer expects that the company fixes the issue for free. When samsung can fix S20+ green line issues on the display for free, then why can't samsung fix the issue for free for these devices?
Please let samsung know about these problems and let them officially take action.
usually M series device face this problem... it's a scam by samsung... they provide us a faulty device or getting faulted by s/w update... and then take money from us ...
