I’m reaching out to share my frustrating experience with my Samsung Galaxy M52 5G. Recently, a pink line suddenly appeared on the screen. I took it to the customer service center, where they confirmed that there’s no physical damage—no scratches or anything on the screen.

They informed me that this issue was caused by a faulty update from Samsung, but despite this, they refuse to replace the display for free. To make matters worse, I’ve tweeted multiple times and sent emails to customer care, but they aren’t replying or offering any help.

It’s incredibly disappointing to see a major company not stand behind their product when it’s clearly a software issue on their end. Has anyone else faced a similar problem? What steps did you take? I’m considering my options moving forward, as this experience has left me questioning my loyalty to Samsung.

Even I got the green line on display recently and many more users are getting this issue. Even I tried several times complaining them about the same issue but they haven't provided the free screen replacement.

What's the point in buying their devices ? It's better to buy jio phone for approx 4000 inr.

I have occured same issue. Contacted them but service team is not helping me with screen replacement at FOC policy. Its a huge problem and they should own it like Oneplus. Im moving with a leagal process and considering consulting a lawyer.

Do yourself a favor and stop buying any product from SCAMSUNG. It's better to buy a phone under 10k use it for a year or two, then change the phone. SERVICES OF SCAMSUNG IS GETTING WORST BY THE DAY.

I faced the same issue on my Samsung Galaxy M52 5G after updating with the security patch dated 20 dec 2024. On 3rd Jan 2025, a pink line appeared on my phone screen. After researching a bit, I came to know that it occured because samsung is releasing faulty patches intentionally to cause severe screen damage replacement cost. I have raised the issue in samsung members app but I got the same revert to visit service center. I knew nothing's going to happen as there are numerous samsung users who are facing the same issue. On 3rd feb 2025, another pink line appeared on my phone screen. I am enraged because the problem is sourced at samsung and being such a huge brand, they are not even acknowledging that they are at fault. Meanwhile, one plus users faced the same issue and the brand is owning their mistake and replacing phone screens of their users free of cost.
