Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.
Find My Mobile (FMM) is available for only those devices that have a Samsung account and has enabled “Remote Controls” in advance.
Note: Internet should be enabled in the device.
From POS, “Remote unlock” should also be enabled in advance.
Path: Settings > Biometrics and Security > Find My Mobile> Remote unlock
Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Go to Find My Mobile (FMM)https://findmymobile.samsung.com and tap on SIGN IN.
Step2: Log in FMM with a Samsung account.
Step3: Select the target device in the list and select "Unlock" on the right panel.
Step4: Tap on Unlock.
Caution: All of the screen lock information (Pattern, PIN, Password, and Biometrics) on the device will be deleted.
Step5: Enter the password for your Samsung account to confirm.
The Screen Lock will be unlocked and initialized automatically on the device.
