Phone gets randomly stuck on logo on M20

My phone randomly gets stuck on the Samsung logo for upto 10-12 minutes. It happened atleast once every 3 days. After restarting it, it stopped for 2 weeks then happened again.

It looks like this when stuck.

It might be a software issue, try resetting the phone once.

first turn the phone off charge It fully and hold power button and volume up button for some seconds switch to android recovery mode use volume btns to reset and reboot your phone hola
