I have galaxy m11 I have put the pattern lock but unfortunately forget the pattern what I should do but I can not format my device

If you have logged in using Samsung account and enabled Find my phone.
Goto Samsung.com login using your samsung account (on PC) > Find my phone > there you will see an option to unlock your phone.

yes...after going there u can unlock your device and remove/erase pattern/pin option...there u can use it.
