Restarting gives temporary solution.
After restarting, if I install or uninstall any app, this again happens!!

then you need to wait for the software update, or check the one ui update. that can fix this

restarting is a not a temporary solution in all the places.Sometime because of small unfortunately error or hang of the software may cause these types of issue. restarting the mobile will restart the software ,so that the error will be rectified.

I accept that restarting is NOT a temporary solution.
But in this problem, restarting only gives temporary solution!!

pinch the home screen and delete Extra home.

Sorry! that's app drawer! It can't be pinched to delete extra home.
Though it cannot create extra home!!
