I bought a SAMSUNG GALAXY M53 5G smartphone six months ago. I am experiencing a 5g network issue in my phone, which began in January when I was playing a game called Gensin Impact and suddenly my 5g network switched to 4g network, after which I reported the problem to a Samsung member, sent an error report, and tried all of the methods that they suggested to resolve the problem, but nothing worked, leaving me with only one option: factory reset my phone. It's a marvel that my phone works perfectly after a factory reset, but anytime I start playing games on it or use the Firefox browser for 1-2 hours, my phone starts heating up and the network automatically switches from 5g to 4g. If I want to switch back to the 5g network, I have to complete a factory reset every time. I went to the Samsung service centre two weeks ago and reported the problem. Workers at the service centre are quite nice and helpful; they stated that they had loaded a new operating system (perhaps firmware or something else) and that the problem will not reoccur; but, when I returned home, I encountered the same issue: I could not connect to the 5g network.
It should be mentioned that the problem began after the Oneui 5.1 upgrade; prior to the update, everything was OK and I had played a number of games. now whenever my phone heating up, my 5g network automatically switched to 4g or LTE network.

.if you have same problem than comment down so samsung may be solve this problem

Based on your description, it seems that the problem is related to the software or firmware of your phone, particularly after the Oneui 5.1 upgrade.

Since you have already tried factory resetting your phone and even went to the Samsung service center, it may be worth considering some additional steps to troubleshoot the issue. Here are some suggestions you could try:

Check for any software updates: Make sure that your phone's software is up to date. If there are any updates available, install them and see if they resolve the issue.

Clear cache and data: Clearing the cache and data of the apps you use frequently, particularly games and browsers, can help in resolving performance issues and prevent your phone from heating up.

Disable power-intensive features: Turn off features like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and location services when not in use. Also, reduce the screen brightness and turn on power-saving mode to reduce battery consumption.

Check for network coverage: It's possible that the 5G network coverage in your area is not stable or strong enough, causing your phone to switch to 4G or LTE. You could check with your network provider if this is the case.

Contact Samsung customer support: If none of the above steps work, you may need to contact Samsung customer support again and explain the situation. They may have additional troubleshooting steps or may recommend repair or replacement of your device.

I hope these suggestions help in resolving the issue with your phone's 5G network

I have faced this issue in multiple devices (even a M53, which my father uses) where my Jio SIMs (2 of mine and 1 of his) would randomly switch to LTE+ from 5G while I'm doing anything network intensive, like gaming or downloading large files. Other times its fine, like using Instagram or Twitter. Are you using Jio by any chance?

Once it switches to 4G, how long did you keep the phone idle to check whether it switches back to 5G or not? Also did you try manually switching network modes?

I think you should contact customer support once more, because my M53 doesn't have this issue.
