OTG & PENDRIVE Support Issue??

I've been using my samsung m21 2021 edition smartphone for 2 years now. And I generally use it for study purposes where I used to connect my device with pendrive like stuffs. I didn't have any problem at start but in couple of months I'm facing the connectivity issues with my phone to pendrive. My device is not even showing the connection in the notification bar.The pendrive and otg are fully functional even I replaced with the new pendrives and otgs but the issue is still the same. I don't know why this is happening. I strongly believe that after the scheduled update of my device, I'm facing this issue. Please help me in this. Looking forward to your answer.

Most probably your Port is faulty. Get it checked at nearby service centre.
