Not receiving security patch updates!

I am using M15 5g since Oct 2024, however since July 2025 am not getting any updates and it is showing error.
I have tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting the device, logging out and relogin again but the issue still persists.
How to solve this?

We will get One UI 8 directly. The quarterly security patch update news is true, but the Screenshot you shared is NOT of a Security Patch Update, it's Google Play System Update(as I mentioned earlier) and even a phone from 2016 can get the September 2025 update, unless there is an issue. These updates are maintained by Google and not Samsung, so they give these kind of updates almost every month. My Galaxy J2 Pro from 2016 still gets these updates almost every month.

I understood and thanks for sharing the info, I just wanted to know whether shall I proceed with factory reset or wait for sometime (sorry for repeated queries)
Becoz I need to take backup and make some time to do it!
