Not able to save message center number ||Message getting failed

Dear Team,

this is to inform you that i am not able to send text message from my Samsung M31 phone.

Message getting failed once i check the message setting message center number is not set and once i try to set and save the message center number getting error/message nuber not saved.

And once i incert same SIM in another phone i am able to send message.

So this is my request to please help and also let me know if any more setting require for message app setup.

Hello All,
I had the same issue and fixed it.
Find a sim(same service provider) in another phone that have sms center updated.. Then, take that sim and put in your phone.. Then your sms center will be automatically updated .. Then remove that sim and put your sim back.. The sms center will get updated.. 🙂
