No samsung m51 daily or gogle feed on -1 screen option

as described in topic . i dont have an option to enable left screen with samsung daily or google feed. I dont have buttom to enable it

Download 'Samsung free' apk from apkmirror(https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/samsung-electronics-co-ltd/samsung-free/samsung-free-5-0-01-14-release...). Sign and install that apk using Split APK installer. then simply reboot your device.

when i try instal popup apears and says that cannot istall , some kind of error : 

-3001: INSTALL_FAILED_REJECTED_BY_BUILDTYPE
