Network issue with galaxy M32

Having network issue in galaxy M32 mobile others person is most of time not able to call on M32 Mobke showing not reachable mobile

Waste of money with galaxy m32

Jio sim incoming call issue on m32.

Bought New M32 $G. Using JIO sim card. FAcing following issue.

When tried to a make voice call from any other mobile. It gives response as Out of coverage area. We tried to reset network connections etc. But so far its not working. Not able to understand the issue. Need help in solving issue.  If we inser sim in other Phones like M32, M321 it works very well. It seems some setting issue in Samsung M 32.

Correction in above.  If we insert in M31, M21 everything works fine.

I have a samsung m32 4g phone. I am facing issue. I have a jio simcard during call my internet is disconnected. I asked to jio support center but he says not issue from our side. So what I do. please provide me solution as soon as possible.
I use internet of my phone using Hotspot in my laptop
