Network Realted Issue on Samsung M34 5G

5G will changed into 4G and remains constant on 4G I am going Four to Five Times Service Center.

They will not create Job Sheet of my Phone and Say to me it's an Network Operator Issue They checked my Phone and done IQC but nothing will show on IQC but I will say the problem is happened on my Phone daily and 5G will Stuck.

The Phone was Purchased Since one Month Ago But it's not Beneficial for us

 Another point is that Network of Jio and Airtel Both are Good in my Area but Why it's Stuck on 4G again and Again Please Resolve this issue

Tell them to transfer to their seniors, mail regional manager.
They are customer executive their work is to pull off their hands. They are not even qualified enough to know how many bands their network operates.
I would say don't waste time on them. And, invest in a good wifi connection at home.

Please See this this will happening daily in 5G not playing any social media in this image if you see only one upward arrow of 5G will seen after taking Five to 7 minutes it will connect again to LTE or 5G

Bro it's our mobiles heating issue problem 🔥 whenever m34 reaches the 44°c heat mobile automatically changes our network speed 😑 to 4g for controll the heat after reduces the heat minimum 😒 2°c it will automatically changes to 5g don't panic exynos 1280 is outdated it's only for 5g network support if you played games or used mobile in outdoor in morning time 1280 can't handle the 5g network fluctuations if network operator's rollout all over India like (4g) then may be able to use everywhere in 5g. Sorry but this issue is not on my phone my phone goes slightly warm when I plug in charging but not going on high temp.

No only samsung m34 reaches the high temperature while gaming and outdoor usage. Is these conditions only your mobile changes the network speed? Or not
