Many Galaxy A series and Galaxy M Series phones using Exynos 9610 and Exynos 9611 are suffering from random reboots or other issues. In particular, the phones that have been affected are: The Galaxy M30s, the Galaxy M31, the Galaxy M31s, the Galaxy A50, the Galaxy A50s and the Galaxy A51.

I request everyone facing issue to check this tweet https://twitter.com/sudan_is/status/1444924977740849155?s=20 and post your comments tagging Samsung and tech reviewers. This is big issue that needs to throw some light on.

Hey! Samsung Customer Support! I had faced similar/same issues & had even registered my concern in Samsung Members Application. AI Assistant had then connected me to human Assistant Mr Gaurav who tried to solve my problem. I finally could resolve my problem by following 5 steps that i have reposted here in response to a comment by Sudan1. It is beyond my understanding why this guy Sudan1 is so irritated by my workable possible solution that he has tried to bully me☹ into not commenting in response to his posts by saying that 'Stop commenting on this post'. I'm amused by his inexplicable behaviour😁

Spoke to your technician by contacting toll free. They asked me to check with service center. Issue still exists. Many users facing same issue. Need some urgent patch update to fix this wide issue. Idk why Samsung not taking this in priority.

Update: Visited ASC on Saturday 9/10/21. They have updated software manually and checked. Issue still exists. Asked about further steps. They mentioned it requires hardware replacement which costs around ₹6K.

My friend who is using M21 started facing the same issue and the device is just out of the warranty. There are lakhs of customers who are facing this issue. But still no official resolution from Samsung it clearly shows how they care their customers. This is their biggest failure after Note 7. I trusted you after that but now I have decided to move out of Samsung ecosystem.

I am sure there are lakhs of customer who take this decision and never come back to Samsung. Samsung's down fall just begun. Good bye!

Hi All,
Samsung M series and A series has this problem. If you are taking this to samsung service center they will ask to replace mother board or flash your device.
I have repaired this by one of the phoe repairing shop in Kochi,Kerala,India.
It was around Rs.1800,they have changed some IC and Didnt lost any of the data.
