My phone has been restarting itself whenever I use my camera.

Whenever I try to take pictures from my camera, the phone restarts automatically. This also happened while I was using Chrome and Google Docs. I have already tried the safe mode option, however the matter hasn't been resolved. What other alternatives do I have?

This issue is due to last software update. Service centre will ask you to replace motherboard, no another way.
