My fast charging not working on my Samsung m31s.using original charger and cable

Change the polarity and try it will work

You can try once to turn off & on the fast charging once

M31s supports super fast charging 25W and as well as fast charging 15W. Once check the charging adapter and cable in samsung service centre.

Check With Other Any Other Samsung Authorized 15w Charger.

My last s7 had similar problem.changing of cable sorted it out

Charge with fast charging off for a week. Then try fast charging on
